We are currently recruiting:

Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant / Dispenser

We are looking for someone to assist in the smooth running of the practice and to provide high quality reception and administrative services to patients, visitors, health care professionals and colleagues at the practice.

The job entails assisting and directing patients in person and on the telephone; providing administrative support to the GPs and other health care professionals at the practice and dispensing medication.

The ideal candidate will be polite and confident, with excellent communication and computer skills.  They will be able to work under pressure, use their initiative, multi-task and be flexible and a good team player, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Previous experience in a medical practice or pharmacy would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given.

Part-time, up to 24 hours per week plus holiday cover.
